My7IM help centre

Whether you are new to 7IM or an existing client we want you to get the most out of the excellent features available

First time logging onto My7IM

My7IM requires three pieces of information when you logon, a username which will be sent to you via email and two distinct forms of identification.

The first form is your password; we will send you a temporary password via text message and you will be asked to create a new one at the relevant step. The second form is a verification code that will be either sent to your mobile phone or to your email address whichever you decide.

For your first login you will need to go through the following steps:

Username & temporary password
Your 7IM Private Client Manager will send you your My7IM username via email, and temporary password via text message. Enter your username and temporary password into the My7IM login page.
Step2
Email or text? You choose
Choose if you would like to receive your verification code via email or text. Once you have selected your verification code will be sent.
Step3
Verification
Enter the verification code you received when prompted. As one final check we will send you one more verification code, which you will need to enter.
Step4
Create your new password
You will then need to create a new password. Your new password will need to be 10 characters and contain at least three of the following characters: Alphanumeric, Uppercase, Lowercase, Punctuation.
Step5
Review and sign in
Read, review, and agree to the 7IM Online Services Terms and Conditions.
Step6
Set security questions
My7IM will request that you set up two security questions, these will be used in the future to support you if you forget your password. Now you can start enjoying the benefits of My7IM.

Start using My7IM

If you have just started talking to 7IM, we will initially provide you with the messages and documents functionality, allowing us to securely share information with you, like meeting appointments and documents.

Once we have opened your accounts the functionality expands and you can view your account valuations, transactions, asset allocation, and your portfolio performance.
