If you already have an account with 7IM
Please complete the relevant transfer form and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our transitions team will liaise with your current provider to organise the transfer of assets to us.
If you don't have an account with 7IM
To open an account with us, fill out both the relevant Account Opening form(s) and the Transfer In form(s).
Once we have opened your account, your provider will start transferring your assets to us.
This process can take up to four weeks, or longer in some cases. Once your assets have arrived, you can instruct buy/sell orders or make further payments.
If you would like to transfer your assets away from 7IM
You will need to contact your new provider and request a Transfer In form or equivalent. Following this, please contact us to request your account closure.
Once we have received the instructions and authorisation, we can begin moving your assets to your new provider. We will process any outstanding Self Invest fees before moving your assets. This can take four weeks or longer.
If requested, we will close your account after moving your assets in full.

To open a new account, please fill in and sign the appropriate account opening forms, and send the relevant ID documents to the email address above.
Once received, we will process your documents and open your account(s). If we have any queries during the process, we will be in touch.
You will then receive an email notification once we have opened your account has been opened.
Once opened, you can then register to access your portfolio, reports and more via our portal and the 7IMagine app.
To register via our portal, click on the Client Login button at the top of this page, then click on the Register button and follow the instructions.
Other forms/Closing your account
If you would like to close your account, please contact us with the following information:
A letter that includes your name, address, 7IM account number(s) and full instructions.
For example: "Please fully liquidate my account IM****** and close it, with the cash to be sent to my bank account details 00-00-00 1111222 / bank account details on file."
The letter must be signed, photographed/scanned and sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once received, we will process your request.
We will apply any outstanding Self Invest fees and send the remaining cash to your bank account.
Once the cash has been paid to your bank account, your account will be closed. You may still receive final communications from us, as required by the FCA.
