Shanti is responsible for the design of our investment products and services and how we communicate with customers. Her mantra is simple: Making sure people understand their investments helps them make better decisions.

With an MSc in Management, Shanti brings both strategic insight and a gift for clear, engaging communication. You may have heard her on BBC’s Radio 4 Today programme if you’re an early riser; she’s been a regular guest since 2018.

Shanti grew up in Oregon, which is on the west coast of the USA. She was a competitive gymnast and still travels to see the ‘big’ competitions, like world championships, when she can.
