Chief Integration Officer

Nick joined 7IM as Chief Integration Officer, bringing with him over 30 years of experience in financial services. Prior to joining 7IM, he was Chief Operating Officer at Schroders Personal Wealth, where he led large and complex transformation and integration programmes. Earlier in his career, Nick held several senior leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer for Group Transformation at Lloyds Banking Group.

In his role at 7IM, Nick will play a pivotal part in the onboarding and harmonisation of recent and future acquisitions. Understanding the power of aligning people, systems, and processes, he will also be responsible for exploring new and innovative solutions that can be integrated into 7IM’s proposition and capabilities to drive better outcomes and experiences for clients.
