Mental Health

At 7IM we’re proud to be supporting our staff with their mental health and wellbeing.

At 7IM, we care about the working life of our staff and feel it is important to create a culture where our colleagues not only feel safe to discuss wellbeing issues openly, but also feel supported by both their manager and the firm as a whole.

To ensure we can facilitate this culture, we have numerous policies, resources and services in place to provide the necessary help when times get tough.

A dedicated area for our colleagues to access a range of wellbeing resources, to provide support when it’s needed.
Health Insurance
Mental health check-in sessions
A forum for colleagues to drop in and share their own experiences or simply listen to others covering different wellbeing topics. This platform provides a safe way to openly discuss wellbeing issues close to them.
Partner programmes
We’re delighted to be able to offer free resources and access to wellbeing support services through Metlife and Vitality, including free wellbeing classes.
A balanced approach
We recognise the importance of the work-life balance, especially during difficult periods. Therefore, at 7IM we encourage flexibility when working to ensure our colleagues can benefit from much needed breaks and the stresses of day-to-day life.
A problem shared, is a problem halved
We’ve encouraged staff to share stories and personal blogs about how they have kept busy during lockdown, set step targets and ran photo competitions to keep active.
