Competitive Salaries
We carry out annual benchmarking to ensure we pay competitive salaries. Our salaries reflect your experience level and responsibilities of your role.
Discretionary Bonus
To reward exceptional performance and contribution to the business, staff who have passed probation are eligible for our annual discretionary bonus which is dependent on 7IM and individual performance.
Staff have the option to pay into either an Aviva GPP or a 7IM SIPP. 7IM pay contribution via a salary exchange scheme, where by staff exchange either 1.5 %/ 2% of their salary for a 7IM contribution of 7.5% / 8%.

Annual Leave
Our annual leave year runs from January to December each year, staff receive 27 days annual leave, plus UK bank holidays. Please note, this is pro-rated for staff who join part way in the year / work part-time.

Private Medical Insurance
All staff are eligible for Private Medical Insurance for single cover. Our selected policy will disregard your previous medical history. Staff have the option to add dependents for an additional cost to them.

Income Protection
Staff who are absent from work for 6 months continuously, can claim under our income protection policy which pays 70% of the individuals salary until they return to work, die or reach state pension age.

Life Assurance
In the event of your death, whilst a member of staff, a lump sum payment will be made to your nominated beneficiary equal to 4x your salary.
Investing Children
Parental Leave
We offer enhanced parental leave for all new parents, including adoption, maternity, paternity and shared parental leave. Staff who have reached 2 years’ service are entitled to 16 weeks maternity leave at full pay and then 23 weeks of SMP. Paternity leave is paid at 2 weeks full pay for staff who have reached 2 yeas’ service.

Our staff have access to a 24/7 confidential helpline for support and guidance on a range of personal and work related issues.
Smarter / Flexible Working
Contractual working hours are Mon-Fri, 9am-5.30pm. We are open to hearing from staff who require flexible arrangements. We offer our staff the option of Working from home as well as flexibility in working hours.
Season Ticket Loan
Upon successfully completing a 6 month probation, staff are eligible to apply for an interest-free season ticket loan.
Training & Qualifications
Upon successfully completing probation, every permanent staff member will have access to online training modules as well as the ability to study for qualifications relevant to their role.
Eye Care
We will contribute up to £20 for a standard eye test annually for all staff. We will also contribute a further £50 towards the cost of glasses required for VDU.
