Sales & Development Director
Antony joined 7IM as Sales & Development Director in 2026, bringing with him nearly ten years of experience working with the firm as a consultant and over 25 years running his own consultancy. His focus is on strengthening intermediary sales, supporting teams with clear frameworks and practical tools, and delivering excellent client experiences. He believes that when people are supported well, clients and partners benefit too.He formally joined 7IM in May 2025 as Consultant Director of Collaboration in the People and Culture team. In that role, he led the launch of a group-wide Academy and helped build a development pathway for graduate advisers. He combined technical and soft skills training to equip new advisers for immediate impact in client-facing roles.
Antony has worked across start-ups, growing firms and established financial services businesses, giving him valuable insight into the challenges faced by business owners and advisers. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management and holds an MSc in People and Organisational Development from the University of Sussex. He has launched and grown businesses and served as a non-executive director on several boards. His passion is turning strategy into action, using behavioural science and data to help teams collaborate, build effective habits and achieve results.
As Sales & Development Director within the Intermediary business, Antony works across the firm to sharpen sales effectiveness, develop talent and help adviser partners get the most value from 7IM. He is committed to ensuring the business remains innovative, efficient and human in the way it works.
