With over ten years in the financial services industry, Jessica loves helping clients and advisers find solutions that really work for them. Her role allows her to connect the dots between investment services and daily operations, ensuring everyone feels supported. She studied Business at the University of Manchester, gaining valuable experience both academically and through real-world roles. This enables her to see the bigger picture while always remaining focused on what matters most to clients.

Jessica also holds the CII Certificate in Financial Services, demonstrating her strong knowledge of the industry and her commitment to maintaining high professional standards. She is passionate about attention to detail and ensuring every conversation is helpful, friendly, and delivers results. At 7IM, her goal is to make things easier for advisers and their clients, always with a personal touch.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys walking, spending time outdoors, and making the most of the fresh air with her family. She also loves returning to the Lake District for relaxation and inspiration. Her warm approach and dedication to supporting others make her a valued member of the 7IM team.
