Platform Service Manager

Megan studied Forensic Psychology at the University of Greenwich and brings a strong background in customer experience and team leadership. She previously worked at lululemon, where she progressed from Customer Service Assistant to Guest Experience Lead, spending two years leading teams, delivering training for new starters and mentoring colleagues.

Alongside her professional experience, Megan is an All‑Star competitive cheerleader and coach. She is also a committed volunteer with the ACROSS charity, supporting sick, disabled and terminally ill pilgrims on journeys to Lourdes. As a Head of Youth Carer, she leads and supports groups of young volunteers on pilgrimages lasting up to ten days.
