Our views on the year ahead

We don’t believe in annual forecasts at 7IM.

First, predicting where the FTSE 100 will be on 31st December 2022 is impossible.

And second, this kind of thinking is not relevant for most of our clients, whose timelines are measured in decades rather than years.

However, we always think it’s worth starting off the new year by tackling some of the hot topics, discussing our longer term outlook, and some of our favourite portfolio positions.
