Business Assurance Support

Based in our Edinburgh office, Louise plays a key role in supporting the delivery of business assurance across the Team. She works closely with a range of teams internally and externally to help maintain high standards of quality, compliance, and operational effectiveness. Her collaborative approach and attention to detail contribute to the refinement of internal processes and the promotion of continuous improvement initiatives. She is known for her proactive mindset and her ability to identify opportunities that enhance efficiency and uphold best practices.

Louise has lived and worked in South Korea and China, experiences that have shaped her global outlook and intercultural communication skills. She is also fully qualified to teach English as a foreign language, a testament to her commitment to learning and sharing knowledge.

Outside of work, Louise is an avid traveller with a passion for exploring new cultures and destinations. Whether she’s planning a weekend getaway or a long-haul adventure, she’s always looking forward to her next journey.
