Chief Client OfficerChris joined 7IM as Chief Client Officer in August 2019. He has a wealth of leadership experience in financial services across products, marketing, customer experience and transformation.
Prior to joining 7IM he held a number of senior financial services roles, including Personal Current Account Products Director at Lloyds Banking Group plc and leadership roles within Business and Retail divisions of Barclays plc. Chris was awarded MBA with distinction from Manchester Business School in 2010.
As Chief Client Officer, Chris is responsible for the firm’s marketing, proposition, digital strategy and client experience, all of which are vital in ensuring clients and advisers receive an unparalleled experience and the continued growth of 7IM.
