Seven Investment Management turns 18 this year. A true ‘coming of age’ number. And like most when they reach such a milestone, we’re changing.
We were seven people starting up a company in a basement. We’re now 350 people looking after £14 billion.
We were purely an investment manager. We’re now an investment manager with a diverse range of both active and passive funds and models, our own platform and a pioneering retirement income solution.
We were Seven Investment Management, we’re now 7IM.
We’re proud of our history. That’s why we’re staying true to our challenger roots. Yet, over these 18 years, with your support, we’ve grown to become the firm we are today with a clear vision – to deliver an unrivalled experience.
When we started our rebrand project back in 2019, we never imagined the ‘go live’ date would fall in the midst of something like the COVID-19 pandemic. We’ve ummed and ahhed over what we should do.
Does going out with a new brand feel wrong in the current climate? Should we hold it back until things are ‘normal’ again? Or should we do what everyone everywhere is doing right now, and just keep going? In the national spirit of resolve and determination, we’ve gone with the latter.
You won’t be seeing a big-bang brand launch and new advertising everywhere.
Just 7IM steadily evolving and, as we always have done, focusing on shaping what we do around our clients.
