Quarter End Reports - Please read

Unfortunately we have found that in the latest Quarterly Statements, which were made available online and posted to clients who prefer paper on the 25th April, that the following transactions were omitted from the transaction history section:

• Any dividends paid in Q1
• Any corporate actions made in Q1
• All fees deducted in Q1
• Any Cash Journals, receipts or payments out
• Stock Movements

All transactions are reflected correctly in the clients’ accounts and online. All other areas of the report are correct including the Investments at a Glance, Valuations, Asset Allocation and all Performance figures and charts.

We strive to provide you and your clients with the highest quality service, and we are extremely sorry for this issue.

We are currently rectifying the cause of the issue and we will be rerunning every report. As well as removing and replacing all online reports, we will also repost all reports with a covering apology letter to all clients who receive a hard copy version. We will resolve this promptly and issue new reports as early as possible next week.

If you would like further information please do give your Relationship Manager a call.

The value of your investments and the income from them may go down as well as up, and you could get back less than you invested.
